I was referred to Bourne Galletly by my GP to see Mr McKee
I was immediately impressed on entering
The reception was clean, organised & inviting
The reception was manned by a receptionist & NOT a 'bouncer' !
I was called for my appointment bang on time
My condition was confirmed and the procedure explained to me
in a language I could understand (not Doctor talk)
I left content & in a way looking forward to my next visit

No problem parking, only a short wait to be seen. Very lovely nurse and didn’t feel rushed

The practice is well run. Staff helpful and I have never had any issues with my care.
They always call back when I have called.

We are new to the area and have just registered, and this was our first visit to the surgery but very impressed with the overall feel of the surgery and everyone we spoke to were extremely pleasant.
Suggested improvements
Apart from the car park, so full we couldn't park but in future will park in the town and walk.
